The mission of the Cascade Tracking Team (CaTT) is to advance and apply our tracking knowledge through skills practice and wildlife monitoring. The Team was founded in 2008 by graduates of Wilderness Awareness School's Tracking Intensive.
Cascade Tracking Team performs wildlife monitoring pro bono for conservation and wildlife non-profits. We currently work with Forterra (formerly the Cascade Land Conservancy), surveying and monitoring parcels placed in public trust in the I-90 corridor of the Cascade Mountains. We have also surveyed land adjacent to the Northwest Trek wildlife park in Eatonville, Washington and helped with several bioblitzes in the region. If your organization holds land in Washington State for the benefit of wildlife or the natural world and needs that land surveyed or monitored for mammal presence, let us know.
